Many people use fitness as a vent to relate their frustration in the distancing from them to source. I believe that exercise has a place but the current trend in fitness actually has a detrimental effect on the soul and central Nervous System of all that take part in programs that are to taxing on a daily basis. It is my belief that fitness should be a elixir or give your energy not take away from what you current have. This is a fine line but one that is easy manageable.
